The Seatbelt and No-Smoking Indicator lighting project features intermixed ac and dc voltage circuits along with the actual chime used in the aircraft when the switch is activated. The student must wire the circuit so that both the ac and dc circuits work properly and the call chime only chirps without a constant warning horn.  This circuit features a transformer along with capacitors, diodes, and two double pole, double throw switches. The student must wire the circuit according to the project description and it must work properly for the student to pass the project.  This project meets Part 147 airframe requirement 50a for both ac and dc servicing.
