Board 21 - WR Landing Gear Position (with Locking Solenoid)

This Landing Gear Position Warning Circuit features a locking solenoid and a warning horn. This circuit uses an actual warning horn to indicate improper gear position if the gear is not down-and-locked when the throttle is retarded.   In addition, slide locks are used with up-lock and down-lock snap-action micro-switches to simulate gear position.  This circuit also uses a panel light to simulate the locking solenoid.  The student must wire the circuit according to the project description and it must work properly for the student to pass the project.
